An order becomes final once payment has been confirmed.

6. Order Processing and Delivery

Order processing

Orders placed before midnight (Paris time – GMT+1), from Sunday to Monday (excluding public holidays), are shipped the following day for artworks indicated as “in stock”.

In all other cases, orders are shipped on the next business day.

All artworks within the same order are shipped together.

Delivery address

Delivery is available to the following countries:

Europe: Germany, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

North America: United States and Canada.

Changes to the delivery address after order confirmation cannot be guaranteed for logistical reasons, but requests may be reviewed depending on order status.

Delivery methods and timelines

  • Delivery methods depend on the size of the artworks and the destination country

  • Estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 business days from the shipping confirmation email

  • The maximum delivery timeframe is 30 days from order confirmation

7. Returns and Refunds

Photographic prints

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, including photographic prints.

👉 If a print arrives damaged:

  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt

  • Photographic evidence is required

  • A replacement or refund may be offered depending on the situation

Gift cards and digital products

Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

By validating the order, the customer expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal for digital content delivered immediately after purchase.

8. Taxes and Customs Duties (Outside the European Union)

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional fees.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer

  • The carrier may communicate the amount of these fees to Clément Signoles

9. Delivery and Receipt

Customers are required to check the condition of the package upon delivery.

  • If the package is visibly damaged, it must be refused with the carrier

  • If damage is discovered after delivery, the customer must contact Clément Signoles within 14 days, providing photographic evidence

  • Each case will be reviewed individually
