5. Orders and Payments
Orders are placed directly through the website.

All prints are made to order.
Production time is 2 to 5 business days.

7. Returns and Refunds
Photographic prints
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, including photographic prints.
The customer acknowledges that these products are made to order and therefore waive their right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
If a print arrives damaged or defective:
Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receipt
Photographic evidence is required
A replacement will be arranged when applicable.
Gift cards and digital products
Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
By validating the order, the customer expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal for digital content delivered immediately after purchase.
8. Taxes and Customs Duties (Outside the European Union)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional fees.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Carriers or local authorities may request payment upon delivery.
9. Delivery and Receipt
Customers are required to check the condition of the package upon delivery.
If the package is visibly damaged, it should be refused with the carrier.
If damage is discovered after delivery, the customer must contact Clément Signoles within 3 days, providing photographic evidence.
